Ad Fraud is now a 7 billion dollar problem. According to Association of National Advertisers, marketers continue to waste billions of dollars in digital advertising. In 2015 advertisers had a range of bots percentage ranging from 3 to 37 percent, compared to 2 to 22 percent in 2014.

It’s been reported, “the changing nature of online advertising is making fraud more prevalent. More valuable ad inventory – video ads and display targeted at specific demographic groups – are more susceptible to bots. Programmatic is a particular problem; the ANA found that it attracts 73% more bots than direct buys.

Texas homeowner tries to solve mansion cliff-hanger by burning down the house

By Jon Herskovitz AUSTIN Texas (Reuters) – Building crews set fire on Friday to a luxury lake house left dangling about 75 feet (23 meters) on a decaying cliff that has been giving way underneath the structure. Live video showed the house being set on fire by work crews, who earlier had placed hay bales soaked in fuel inside the $800,000 house on Lake Whitney, about 75 miles (120 km) southwest of Dallas, and broke windows for proper ventilation. The land started to give way in February, and since then about 50 yards of land that separated it from the water’s edge has eroded, said Mark Wilson, the chief deputy for the Hill County Sheriff’s Department. Australia, Malaysia vow to keep searching to solve plane mystery

By Byron Kaye PERTH, Australia (Reuters) – Australia and Malaysia vowed on Wednesday to keep searching for a missing Malaysian plane despite no sign of wreckage after almost seven weeks, and as bad weather again grounded aircraft and an undersea drone neared the end of its first full mission. But Australian authorities said unidentified material washed up on the coast of Western Australia was being investigated for possible links to missing Malaysian Airlines Flight 370. Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott had earlier acknowledged that the search strategy could change if seabed scans taken by the U.S. Navy drone failed to turn up a trace of the plane, which vanished on March 8 with 239 people on board. The finding of unspecified material on the southern tip of Western Australia was the first report of suspected debris in weeks and the first since the detection of what were believed to be signals on April 4.
